At Grace and Eleanor, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Orders to more remote areas may take slightly longer.


Carriers

We ship using multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery option available at the time of shipment.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Info@graceandeleanor.com


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Grace and Eleanor is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Info@graceandeleanor.com and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Grace and Eleanor is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors
  • Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
  • Waiting 24 hours as deliveries are sometimes marked delivered early

If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@graceandeleanor.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.


Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Grace and Eleanor ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
