At Grace and Eleanor, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item is not marked as Final Sale
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at Info@graceandeleanor.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and our return address
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method of your choice
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process unrequested returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Grace and Eleanor is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account.
Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at Info@graceandeleanor.com with your order number and the details of what you'd like instead. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the process.
If your preferred exchange item is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Info@graceandeleanor.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Late Returns
Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your item is still eligible, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
